CREA strikes with third office building purchase in Richardson

​​​RICHARDSON – CREA Investments has made its third recent North Texas building purchase with the acquisition of the office building located at 2929​ North Central Expressway and Renner Rd.

The 85,000-sf office building is just west of State Farm Insurance’s new regional campus at CityLine.

CREA is renovating the Class B building, which was constructed in the 1980s.

The investor just purchased two more office buildings in Addison and Irving:

• The Belvedere near Belt Line Rd. in Addison contains 141,180 sf of office space.
• The Meridian at 1425 Greenway Dr. in Las Colinas has more than 100,000 sf.
