Going clubbing in Houston’s new River Oaks District

​​HOUSTON – Equinox is planning to open its third club in Texas and first Houston location with a 33,000-sf center in the new River Oaks District.

Equinox River Oaks will be located at 4444 Westheimer Rd. and is expected to open December 3.

The River Oaks District opened in October 85 percent leased with 95 percent of the retailers new to the Houston market, according to the Journal. Other tenants include Cartier, Tom Ford and iPic-Gold Class Entertainment LLC’s luxury movie theater. 

The development includes 92,000 sf of office space and 279 apartments.
