​​​​​HOUSTON – Parkway Properties has completed the sale of three Houston office properties in third quarter 2015.

550 Greens Parkway
•    72,000-sf office building
•    sold for $2.3 million
There was a recognized gain on the sale for approximately $38,000.

Comerica Bank Building
•    1 Sugar Creek Center Blvd.
•    a 194,000-sf office building
•    sale price of $31.4 million
There was a recognized gain on the sale for approximately $13 million.

One Commerce Green
•    515 W. Greens Rd.
•    341,000-sf office building
•    sold for $47.5 million
Parkway recognized a loss on the sale for approximately $5.2 million.
