San Antonio: Accord's 576-units tie apartment and hotel livingSan Antonio: Accord's 576-units tie apartment and hotel livinghttps://www.recenter.tamu.edu/news/newstalk-texas/?Item=110412015-11-05T06:00:00Z2015-11-05T18:00:00Z

SAN ANTONIO - Austin-based Accord Interests will be eliminating the separation between apartment and hotel living with its 576-unit development in Westover Hills.

The ISOLA-San Antonio hotel residences will be a 21.5-acre development in the southwest quadrant of SH 151 and Loop 410 that will combine the elements of an upscale apartment community with those of a hotel.

The units are expected to be split between hotel occupants and residential tenants but could respond to market demand and easily switch from one to the other.

Offering three levels of services, the ISOLA will offer packages including internet and housekeeping with the option to add additional amenities such as food and linen services.

Even more so, the property will have a 25,000-sf amenity center, which will include a gym, basketball court, boxing ring, spa, restaurant and bar.

Pricing for apartments will start at $826 a month for a studio with the basic package of amenities, and go up to $2,955 for a four-bedroom unit with the entire list of services.

Accord is in the final planning stages for the Westover Hills development and planning to start construction sometime in February 2016.

Work will likely last about 15 months, with the first few buildings beginning the leasing process after about 11 months.

The site was purchased by a joint venture between Ceruzzi Holdings and Beaumont Partners in March 2015, and Accord has been brought on to develop and manage the property.

Not including the land value, the investment will be about $40 million.
