HOUSTON – A Houston real estate development and investment firm has transformed a 1970’s apartment complex in Montrose into modern residences.

SF Capital LLC purchased the 37-unit apartment complex at 1410 Hyde Park in February 2014 for $3.85 million.

With an investment of $4.25 million, the new development will feature 23 residences with modern kitchens, hardwood floors, custom vanities and large closets. The new units will also overlook the development’s newly renovated courtyard and pool.

Floor plans range in size from approximately 960 sf to 2,100 sf and are priced from the high $300,000s to the low $600,000s.

Houston-based Camelot Realty Group is handling sales for 1410 Hyde Park, which are expected to begin on November 5.
