​​CONROE – Kimco Realty Corp., a New York-based real estate investment trust company, bought out joint venture partner Crow Holdings Capital Real Estate’s 85 percent ownership interest in the Conroe Marketplace.

Conroe Marketplace is a 288,576-sf shopping center built in 2006 ​in Houston’s Montgomery County retail submarket. 

The center is 98 percent leased with strong anchor tenants that include TJMaxx, PetSmart, Ashley Furniture and Ulta.
