IRVING – An industrial development kicking off next week will bring new warehouse space to the area south of Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport.
Dallas-based Somervell Commercial is building the 15-acre project on SH 161 south of Airport Fwy.
The 266,450-sf Trinity 161 Trade Center complex will include about 20 to 25 percent office space.
The development will take about eight to 12 months to finish.
