Scannell starts 930,000 sf of Wilmer industrial projects
WILMER – Indianapolis-based developer Scannell Properties is adding over 930,000 sf of industrial space in Sunridge Business Park.
The two buildings will sit off I-45, just south of I-20 and 12 miles south of downtown Dallas, adjacent to the Union Pacific Intermodal terminal.
The first speculative warehouse will total 227,230 sf, while the second will be 707,200 sf. The projects are slated for completion in the second and third quarters of next year, respectively.
Colliers International put together the land transaction, representing the owner of Sunridge Business Park. Brokers from Colliers also worked closely with Scannell to identify development sites and building sizes that would best meet market demand.
