24-Story Windrose Tower ‘breezes’ to pre-sell in Plano
PLANO – Developers who are working on the first high-rise condominium as part of the $2 billion Legacy West project say they have already presold half of the planned building.
The 24-story Windrose Tower is just blocks away from where Toyota Motor is building its new North American headquarters and next door to the 4,000-employee campus that was just started for Liberty Mutual Insurance.
Condos in the project range from 1,272 sf for a one-bedroom to 11,000 sf for the largest penthouse. The smallest units start at more than $500,000.
Windrose Tower is to be built on Headquarters Dr., just west of the tollway and across the street from the $400 million Legacy West urban village, which is under construction with shops, restaurants, apartments and offices.
Construction is scheduled to start next year.
The condo tower is now one of two high-rise residential projects planned in Legacy West.
