Arlington: value-add buy with 660-unit Forest Ridge

​​ARLINGTON – S2 Capital, a Dallas-based value-add multifamily investor, boosted its local holdings with the purchase of the 660-unit Forest Ridge Apartments at 2508 Forest Point Dr. from Harbor Group Management.

Built in 1984, the apartment complex offers 435 one-bedroom/one-bathroom units and 225 two-bedroom/ two-bathroom units. 

S2 intends to carry out substantial renovations to the community, which sits a couple miles north of the $254 million I-30/Hwy. 360 rebuild and in close proximity to major area employers Texas Health Memorial Hospital, The University of Texas at Arlington, General Motors Arlington Assembly Plant, DFW International Airport, Globe Life Park, AT&T Stadium and the Entertainment District.
