Dallas peek: hotel, retail, housing coming to 2000 Ross Ave.
DALLAS – A new high-rise starting soon on Ross Ave. will be one of the largest projects built in downtown Dallas in more than a decade.
The first photos of the 2000 Ross Ave. development — which has construction aimed for commencing by the end of this year — have been released, showing a modern tower block with 26 floors and two towers.
The design includes more than 350 apartments in one high-rise, a 227-room hotel and more than 30,000 sf of retail and restaurant space on the levels.
There is a more than 2,000-space parking garage, which will serve the new development plus the 50-story Crow Center across the street.
The first portions of the new development are scheduled to open in the second half 2017, according to Retail Street Advisors, which is leasing the shopping and restaurant space in the buildings.
