Corpus Christi sale: 274-unit The Reserve at Saratoga

​CORPUS CHRISTI – The Reserve at Saratoga, a 274-unit, luxury apartment complex, has been purchased by Miller Frishman Group.

The property is located at 5701 Saratoga Blvd., in the heart of Corpus Christi’s south side.

The previous ownership performed Class A+ exterior upgrades as well as a select number of interior upgrades.

The 14.8-acre property, built in 2006, encompasses twelve three-story residential apartment buildings.

“The economic growth in the Corpus Christi MSA is second to none in the South Texas region,” said Kelly Witherspoon of Stream Realty.

“The oil and gas, medical and education sectors are a few areas highlighting the diverse growth the entire region is currently experiencing,” said Witherspoon.
