Scannell Properties brings two industrial buildings to Wilmer

​​WILMER – Scannell Properties is expanding in North Texas with plans to build two warehouses in the Sunridge Business Park.

The developer plans to build a 227,230-sf and a 707,200-sf building south of I-20 on I-45, which will open next year.

"Being located at the entrance to the park on Pleasant Run Rd., directly across from the Union Pacific Intermodal provides a tremendous locational advantage," said Tom Pearson of Colliers International who represented Scannell.

The southern Dallas County industrial market is the fastest growth warehouse district in North Texas.
