Johnson Development saddles up at 1,350-acre Jordan Ranch

​​FULSHEAR – Johnson Development Corp. has broken ground on Jordan Ranch, its latest Houston-area community.

The 1,350-acre proje​ct is one mile south of I-10 near the Grand Pkwy. Around 2,800 homes are planned there, and nearly 500 of those will be available in the development’s first phase.

Jordan Ranch will also have retail, an on-site elementary school, parks and other amenities, including a centrally located recreation center. Students will attend schools in the Lamar Consolidated Independent School District.

Home prices will start in the $290,000s. Sales should begin in first quarter 2016.​
