​​HOUSTON - Pacific Financial Inc. of Houston is developing the District West mixed-use project on 80 acres along the Westpark Tollway in northern Fort Bend County.

The project, located east of the Grand Pkwy. near Peek Rd., will have 100,000 sf of retail in the first phase.

A Kelsey-Seybold medical facility is under construction and Star Cinema Grill is expected to build a 45,300-sf dine-in movie theater.

The office component includes proposals for a 150,000-sf six-story office building by Granite, some office condominium development and a 50,000-sf office/bank/retail building.
