GRAPEVINE – Kubota Tractor Corp. broke ground Tuesday on its $50 million headquarters campus.

The Japanese company is building its HQ to a new 185-acre business park off SH 121 and Grapevine Mills Pkwy. The campus will have a three-story, 125,000-sf office building and a 68,000-sf research and development facility.

When it opens late next year, the campus will house more than 400 workers.

Dallas architect Corgan is the designer. CBRE helped Kubota find the site.

The Texas Enterprise Fund is giving Kubota a $3.8 million grant to help pay for the move.
