HOUSTON – A five-story, 135-room “EVEN” branded hotel, which emphasizes wellness, will be built in the Shenandoah community.
Colliers International announced the sale of the 6.4-acre site, a vacant land parcel on Shenandoah Park Dr. at David Memorial Dr. in Montgomery County.
The new Even brand of hotels offers a fresh perspective on travel to wellness-minded travelers.
The first Even hotel opened in Norwalk, Conn. in June 2014. The Shenandoah hotel will mark the entry of the Even brand to the Houston area market.
