GRAPEVINE - Kubota Tractor Corp. — which is moving its U.S. headquarters to North Texas — has broken ground on a $51 million office project.
The project will house about 400 workers on 25 acres north of SH 21.
The new campus will include a three-story office building with about 125,000 sf, plus a 68,000-sf research and development facility.
The company said the new headquarters site will better serve its major markets in the central U.S. and is closer to manufacturing, assembly and distribution facilities in Georgia and Kansas.
