GRAND PRAIRIE – Dallas-based privately held real estate investment firm Mohr Capital has begun construction on a new 20-acre, 430,188-sf Class A industrial development branded
1-20/161 Crossing.
The new multi-tenant facility along Bardin Rd. will be able to accommodate tenants ranging from 100,000 sf to 430,188 sf of space and is expected to appeal to a variety of tenants.
"Our location, design, size and pricing make I-20/161 Crossing an attractive development for tenants in the southern Great Southwest submarket," Chief Investment Officer Gary Horn said.
Construction is slated for completion in second quarter 2016.
