CEDAR PARK - JLL Income Property Trust has secured its fifth grocery-anchored shopping center investment with the purchase of the Whitestone Market at 2800 E. Whitestone Blvd. from BlackRock for $51.5 million, or approximately $458 per sf.
Whitestone Market is a 145,000-sf shopping center fully leased to 17 tenants with an average remaining lease term of 14 years.
Completed in 2003, the center is located roughly 22 miles north of downtown Austin at the Route 734/Parmer Ln. and Route 1431 intersection in Cedar Park.
The center is anchored by H-E-B and additional tenants include Starbucks, Subway and TGF Haircutters, according to CoStar information.
