DALLAS-FORT WORTH – Two office buildings at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport were obtained by a partnership including Menyon Capital Partners of Dallas, TVO Capital Management and Ravinia Capital Group who are now seeking tenants for the properties.

The buildings include the DFW Business Center, a 115,440-sf twin-tower office complex located at 2200 and 2222 South Service Rd., and the former DFW Administration Building, a two-story, 73,155-sf office building at 3200 East Airfield Dr.

Dallas-based architect Corgan is doing designs for a renovation of the buildings.

"We are fortunate to have entered into an agreement with these three professional organizations and look forward to the mutual benefits to be realized through our partnership," said John Terrell, vice president of Commercial Development at DFW Airport.

"We are excited many other existing and new business partners will have the option to take advantage of an on-airport office environment in close proximity to the terminals," Terrell said.
