EL PASO - The Texas Association of Realtors has released its 2015 edition of the Texas Remodel Valuation Report, which is based on data from the 2015 Cost vs. Value Report by the National Association of Realtors and Remodeling magazine.

Home remodeling projects were the least profitable in El Paso in 2014, with recoup costs ranging between 29.3 percent and 80.7 percent.

The most profitable project was steel entry door replacements, recouping 80.7 percent of the project cost. Sunroom additions were the least profitable, recouping only 29.3 percent.
