DALLAS-FORT WORTH – Texas home builder Darling Homes is firing on all cylinders by debuting a record number of DFW communities as a response to the market’s housing shortage.

The new home developments include new phases at Fairway Ranch in Roanoke and Newman Village in Frisco, as well as the following new communities:

  • Vue Las Colinas and Arches Point in Irving
  • Hunter’s Glen and Parkside at Woodlake in Flower Mound
  • Craig Ranch in McKinney

Darling Homes executive Shawn Cate said this is the first time in Darling Homes history of unveiling eight new communities at the same time.

The new homes will include high ceilings, media rooms on the main level and hearth rooms with footprints of upwards of 4,500 sf.

The Vue Las Colinas development will feature 129 urban-style, three-story homes. About 37 of the homes will be located on the TPC Four Seasons golf course with homes overlooking the fairways of holes 15 and 16.
