HOUSTON – MRC Global signed a 50,237-sf sublease at the Fulbright Tower in Houston.
The 51-story, 1.3 million-sf, Class A office tower was built in 1982 at 1301 McKinney St. in Houston’s central business district.
The Cushman & Wakefield team of Chad Beck and Christopher Oliver procured MRC Global in the sublease deal.
