The Shops at Katy Reserve opening Oct. 16, 2015

​​​​​KATY - The 39.8-acre Shops at Katy Reserve at FM 1463 and Spring Creek Blvd. is set to open October 16.

NewQuest Properties has fully leased the project’s 156,998-sf phase one and is rapidly pre-leasing phase two’s mix of restaurant, retail and ground-lease pad sites.

The anchor property is a 122,043-sf Kroger Marketplace, which includes clothing, furniture, jewelry and home goods in addition to groceries.

Coming online in tandem with Kroger on the eastern side of the development will be Russo’s New York Pizzeria, Massage Envy, Subway, SHSalon, Katy Dental Star, Tender Touch Nails and Postal Plus.

Also opening on the western tract is a 12,600-sf freestanding building leased to restaurateur VertsKepab, Great Clips, Royale Retreat, Nail Spa, Lash Studio and a dry cleaners.
