Sterling University Housing shines on Northgate skyline

​​COLLEGE STATION – Sterling University Housing has acquired a site near Texas A&M University for a 750-bed student housing project.

Located in the Northgate area, Sterling Northgate will break ground this October and open in August of 2017.

The property will offer one-, two-, four- and five-bedroom floor plans. Plans call for a rooftop pool and hot tub overlooking campus and Kyle Field, fully furnished residences, social lounge, cyber cafe, fitness center and private study rooms.
