Hotel ZaZa paints new skyline in Memorial City

HOUSTON – MetroNational has partnered with Z Resorts to build Hotel ZaZa to Memorial City at the intersection of I-10 and Bunker Hill Rd. in west Houston.

The 17-story project will have 159 hotel rooms and 130 apartment units.

Hotel ZaZa Memorial City, 9787 Katy Fwy., and will be the third property opening for the brand, joining Hotel ZaZa Austin and Hotel ZaZa Wade Park in Frisco.

MetroNational and Z Resorts are dedicating four levels of the 17-story Hotel ZaZa Memorial City to apartments — 130 units — with guests having access to all ZaZa amenities including concierge services. The apartments will perch atop the hotel and will boast a separate, private pool experience.

Hotel ZaZa is slated to open in summer 2017.
