HOUSTON – Three buildings totaling 840,000 sf inside the Pinto Business Park have been sold to TIAA-CREF.
Pinto Business Park, a 971-acre industrial park located at the corner of Beltway 8 and I-45, is a joint venture of locally based Hines, New York-based Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Company and local firm Pinto Realty Partners.
One of the buildings is home to Atlanta-based HD Supply, which occupies 500,000 sf.
