Acquired: Houston’s One South Green office

​​HOUSTON – One South Green, a 75,166-sf, four-story office building located at 12600 N. Featherwood Dr., has been acquired by NAI Partners.

Klabzuba Realty paid $5.25 million back in 2002 for the 81.5 percent leased building, which is currently home to TriStar Global, Bamberger, Carber Holdings and Leasing Associates Service. among others.

The property was constructed in 1987 east of I-45 South/The Gulf Fwy. and roughly 14 miles south of downtown Houston in the Gulf Fwy./Pasadena submarket.

The property is located near the Port of Houston and Hobby Airport, and in close proximity to area employers the Texas Medical Center and NASA’s Johnson Space Center.
