HOUSTON – Construction begins next month on Thor Equities’ Kirby Collection, a one million-sf mixed-use project on Kirby Dr. in the Inner Loop.
The $125 million project will include a 25-story residential tower with 200 apartments, 210,000 sf of office space and 65,000 sf of retail space. Delivery is expected in late 2017.
The Kirby Collection will be on a site bounded by Kirby Dr., Colquitt, West Main and Lake St. The location was the site of the former Settegast-Kopf funeral home.
