DALLAS – Avistone Industrial Property Fund I has acquired its first property in North Texas: the fully occupied Northwest Crossing Business Center.
Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services brokered the sale and will oversee leasing of the 126,894-sf property.
The four-building complex was developed in 1982 on 6.6 acres at 2152-58 W. Northwest Hwy.
