CORPUS CHRISTI – Southlake Apartments, going up at 3310 Rodd
Field Rd., received more city permits.

The development will consist of at least 15 apartment
buildings.

The waterfront property  — not the Oso Bay, but a small lake off Brooke Road and County Road 7B — will house at least 276 units.

The 16 buildings approved by the city —  which
includes a $575,000 clubhouse — total about $19.2 million.

BBL Builders LP is the construction company.
