Midland: 93,000-SF Town and Country hands over shopping bag

​​​​MIDLAND – Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of Town
and Country Shopping Center, a 92,956-sf retail property.

Town and Country Shopping Center is located at 1000 N
Midkiff Rd. on 9.3 acres.

The retail center is 88 percent occupied and all leases are
triple net.

The center is anchored by Furr’s Cafeteria,
Dollar Tree and Planet Fitness, with the other tenants being a mix of national
and regional retailers.
