HOUSTON – Insite Realty and Urban Cos. have begun work on the 124,000-sf Phase II of the Grandway West office development.
Transwestern has already secured a prelease commitment for 21,066 sf from Severn Trent Services Inc.
The project will be ready for occupancy in March.
