The Spot on Target in Springtown Center in San Marcos

​​​​SAN MARCOS - EVO Entertainment has leased 34,000 sf for a new entertainment center located at 1180 Thorpe Ln. giving new life to the old Springtown Shopping Center.

The concept for the space known as The Spot will combine dine-in cinema, boutique bowling and a restaurant/bar with patio to feature live music and events. 

Earlier this year Gold’s Gym signed on taking 42,000 sf. 

The 104,000-sf retail building was formerly occupied by Target, which vacated the property in 2009. ​
