PLANO - On September 30, Liberty Mutual Insurance will formally kick off it's almost 1 million-sf office campus near the southwest corner of the Dallas North Tollway and SH 121.
The two 19-story towers on 9.3 acres will eventually house more than 4,000 of the Boston-based insurance company's workers.
The $325 million project is being developed by KDC — the same Dallas-based commercial real estate firm that is building Toyota Motor's huge North American headquarters just down the road.
Both office projects are located in the $2 billion Legacy West development.
