The local office market contained nearly 7.0 million sf with an overall vacancy rate of 7.9 percent and an average rental rate of $15.33 per sf.

The industrial market contained nearly 16.9 million sf with an overall vacancy rate of 14.1 percent and an average rental rate of $4.74 per sf.

The local retail market contained nearly 20.6 million sf with an overall vacancy rate of 5.5 percent and an average rental rate of $14.97 per sf.
