BROWNSVILLE-HARLINGEN – In second quarter 2015, the total office market contained nearly 3.4 million sf with a vacancy rate of 9.0 percent, according to Burbach & Associates and CoStar Group.
The average rental rate per sf was $14.15, with Greater Harlingen coming in at $12.68 per sf.
