More offices, public market coming to South Austin

​​​​​​​AUSTIN – GroundFloor Development and Prescott Group are developing Saint Elmo, a $120 million mixed-use project on South Congress near Ben White Blvd. 

The property, which currently houses the Office Furniture NOW! warehouse, will have 225,000 sf of office space, a 40,000-sf indoor-outdoor market and the new location of the city’s Saxon Pub.

Construction will begin mid-2016 and open in first quarter 2018.

JLL Capital Markets will arrange capital for the project. Peloton Commercial Real Estate will broker the office space and CBRE will broker the public market.

The rest of the team includes Andersson-Wise Architects (lead architect), KBGE (civil engineer), Hocker Design (landscape designer), Juice Consulting (public relations and marketing) and Helms Workshop (strategic brand design).
