Located in the Outer Far West Multifamily submarket, the 283,788-sf property is situated on 12.75 acres and consists of 17 three-story buildings.
The 272-unit complex is comprised of a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom units and was 97 percent occupied at the time of sale.
Charles Cirar and Ryan Epstein with CBRE represented the seller.
