FULSHEAR – H-E-B has acquired 28 acres of land within master-planned Cross Creek Ranch for a new store west of Houston.
The 3,200-acre Cross Creek Ranch — a project of The Johnson Development Corp. — has set aside 200 acres for retail development.
The H-E-B site is at the northwest corner of Fulshear Bend Dr. and FM 1463, and has not announced timing for construction or opening of the new store.
