Dallas’ Victory Park wins another tower: 25-story Victory Place

​​​​DALLAS – Construction has started on a third new apartment tower in Dallas’ Victory Park development — a 25-story high-rise being built by Atlanta-based developer Novare Group.

The new building — called Victory Place — is on Houston St. just east of the American Airlines Center arena.

The tower will have 352 units and is similar in design to SkyHouse Dallas, Novare Group’s 24-story rental tower on Woodall Rodgers Fwy. that opened earlier this year.

"The project will also have over 6,000 sf of retail space," Novare Group spokesman Thornton Kennedy said.

With Novare’s groundbreaking, three new apartment towers are on the way in Victory Park northwest of downtown.
