One Parkside tower settles next to Houston First Baptist

​HOUSTON – Midway, a Houston-based developer has begun preleasing One Parkside, a speculative office project on a 3.86-acre site adjacent to Houston’s First Baptist Church.

The tower is highly visible at the intersection of I-10 and the 610 loop.

One Parkside, a 13-story tower with 225,000 sf of Class A office space, ten floors of integrated garage parking and 2,000 sf of ground floor retail will serve as the first phase of development.

 Office tenants will have the option of membership at the church’s Fitness and Recreation Center, which offers amenities including childcare, personal training, a running track, indoor basketball courts and a bowling alley.​
