AmTrust affiliate buys LBJ office tower

​DALLAS – An affiliate of New York-based AmTrust Financial Services Inc. has purchased an office building along LBJ Fwy. The buyer will consolidate its North Texas offices into about 150,000 sf there.

According to Dallas County deed records, the affiliate purchased the property from a partnership of locally based Harkinson Investment Corp.

The 12-story, 295,000-sf tower is at 4455 LBJ Fwy. near Midway Rd. It was roughly 30 percent occupied at the time of the sale.

Cushman & Wakefield represented Harkinson. CBRE represented the buyer.
