Austin: Rollingwood Centers on 200,000-SF completion

​​​AUSTIN – Endeavor Real Estate Group has completed The Rollingwood
Center, a new two-​building, 217,060-sf office project located at 2500
Bee Caves Rd.

The development — which broke ground in first
quarter of 2014 — is comprised of a four-story, 147,900-sf property
known as Building 1, and a two-story, 69,160-sf property known as
Building 2.

Two of the major tenants are Austin-based companies
and include pawnshop operator EZCorp and the advertising company,
LatinWorks.

The new complex features a polished slate lobby with wood panel walls, building-to-building connectivity and a parking garage on site.​
