​PLANO – Plano Market Street, a 169,624-sf grocery-anchored shopping center has been sold for $46.9 million, according to the SEC​.​

Phillips Edison Grocery Center REIT II Inc. acquired the center from Lionstone Investments.

Anchored by Market Street, the 94.2 percent leased center is home to a mix of national, regional and local tenants including Zoë’s Kitchen, World of Beer, Toni & Guy Academy, Café Izmir and Hyena’s Comedy Club.

Plano Market Street sits on 17.74 acres at 1901-1941 Preston Rd., at the southwest corner of Preston Rd. and Park Blvd.​
