London’s Smith & Nephew blaze trail to Clearfork project

​​​FORT WORTH – Edwards Ranch Properties secured its first tenant at 5600 Clearfork Main St. with the signing of Smith & Nephew to a 58,713-sf lease.

The London-based advanced medical supplies provider will occupy the top two floors at the six-story, 170,982-sf building once construction wraps up in mid-2016.

Cassco Development broke ground last month on the project, which is part of the new Clearfork campus currently being developed off Chisholm Trail Parkway.

Clearfork will feature approximately 318,000 sf of office space, the 365,000-sf Shops at Clearfork regional mall and Cassco Development’s 392-unit The Kelton at Clearfork multifamily complex.

The mall is slated to break ground early next year and deliver in April 2017, while The Kelton at Clearfork is scheduled to deliver July of next year.
