$45M wraps up 372-unit Milestone buy in Lewisville

​​​​LEWISVILLE – Milestone Apartments Real Estate Investment Trust wrapped up its acquisition of the Broadstone Vista Ridge — a 372-unit, Class A multifamily apartment community for $45.1 million, or approximately $121,000 per unit. ​

Broadstone, renamed Estates at Vista Ridge​, ​is currently 95 percent occupied, with average monthly rents of approximately $1,050.

The property is centrally located within the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and has convenient access to major transportation corridors, including the Sam Rayburn Tollway/SH 121, I-35, and the President George Bush Turnpike. 

Several large employment centers and the 1.4 million-sf Vista Ridge Mall are located in close proximity to the property.
