Uptown pulls 16-story Aurora to Houston

​​HOUSTON – Sims Luxury Builders announced Aurora — the home builder and developer’s second condominium project in Houston. The 16-story, 40-unit condo tower is planned for 4906 Tilbury Dr., off South Post Oak Lane.

The 3,400 to 4,000-sf units are expected to be priced between $2 million and $2.6 million.

There also will be four two-story penthouses that could be up to 6,400 sf and priced between $4 million and $5 million.

Sims plans to break ground on Aurora in second quarter 2016 and finish the project in 2Q 2018. The home builder already has five buyers lined up to purchase the units.
