NW San Antonio: Mosaic fits 208-unit The Parq sale

​​SAN ANTONIO – The Parq on the Boulevard, a 208-unit
garden apartment complex in Northwest San Antonio, has been purchased by Mosaic Residential for $15.7 million.

The property, located at 5655 UTSA Blvd., was built in 2001 and is currently 96 percent occupied.

The property is directly south of the University of Texas at San Antonio campus, across the street from a handful of under-construction office developments and in the middle of a growing retail market.

Mosaic purchased the property, which spans 11.3 acres, from CWS Apartment Homes.
